Naturally this process is carried out by the body through defecation and urination. However, sometimes the process is interrupted, thus disrupting the body's health.


Detoxification or better known as detox can provide numerous benefits to your health. Detox taken to remove toxic substances and cleanse the kidneys and intestines, because in these organs, chemicals and toxins stay in the body. One of the advantages of detoxification action, is to improve the function of the liver, kidneys, and blood. It also stimulates the immune system, improve the hormonal system, and reduce dependence on sugar, caffeine, nicotine, or alcohol.

Here are natural detoxification that you can do:

1. Eat more fiber.
Fiber can be found in many foods, including fruits, vegetables, and brown rice. Eating plenty of fiber sources can eliminate toxins from the body. Foods rich in fiber which can be best detoxifying ingredients such as beets, radishes, artichokes, cabbage, broccoli, spirulina (a type of algae growth), chlorella (green algae), and seaweed.

2. Diligently take vitamin C.
It sounds trivial, but the vitamin appeared to have many benefits for our bodies. Besides containing antioxidants, vitamin C also helps the body produce glutathione, a liver compound were able to eliminate toxins in the body.

3. Drink more water.
Drink at least 2 liters of water a day will eliminate toxins and keep the body cells hydrated, especially after you eat a lot of foods that are less healthy.

4. Taking a deep breath.
All the people living breathing certainly, but not many know how to breathe properly. Deep breathing will allow more oxygen circulating through your system. To that end, practice taking a breath at least 10 minutes every day. Sit comfortably with your back straight. Take a deep breath through your nose count of seven, hold for four counts, then exhale through the mouth of the eight counts. You certainly want to breathe all the air in the lungs so it can attract more oxygen in the next breath.

5. Sauna.
Our bodies get rid of toxins through sweat. With saunas, skin pores will be open, and through it all the toxins and impurities in the body will come out. You can help the body eliminate toxins through sweat some. Besides, massage also helps improve blood circulation and reduce muscle soreness.
