Fruits That Help Burn Fat

There are some fruits that help burn fat in your body. Fruits and vegetables are considered as the most healthy diet because it contains no fat or cholesterol. Even some fruit can act as a fat burner.

Some fruits are known as negative calorie foods, which means it has fewer calories than the body needs to digest. When the negative calorie foods paired with fatty foods, these foods can burn some excess fat and help prevent weight gain.


Here are some fruits that help burn fat:

Avocado
Avocados contain omega-9 fatty acids are also found in olive oil. Its function is to burn fat more quickly to be converted into energy and increase the body's metabolic system.

Coconut
Coconut is rich in medium chain triglycerides (MCFAs) are capable of triggering metabolic system by up to 30 percent more. Coconut also makes you feel full for a long time. Whether it's oil, coconut milk, flour head, or other natural coconut products, all containing MCFAs are able to speed up your metabolism.

Lemon
Known as a good liver detoxification, lemon also has properties in the body's acid balance. Eating lemon equal with keeping the heart and indirectly helps the digestive system and burning fat fast.

Grapefruit
Grapefruit is a citrus fruit that is also able to burn fat in the body quickly. In a study conducted by experts from the Johns Hopkins University, proved that women who ate grapefruit lost weight without making lifestyle changes and diet everyday.

Tomatoes
Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C and a compound called lycopene. Tomatoes also serves to stimulate the production of an amino acid called carnitine. A study has proved that carnitine could accelerate the fat burning process in the body.

Apple
One apple a day may help keep the fat from the body. Apples contain a lot of vitamin C, which liquefies the fat and makes it easier to be removed from the body. Apples also have pectin, which is a complex carbohydrate that limit the amount of fat that is absorbed into the cells. Pectin even helps the absorption of water, which also helps remove fat from the body.

Besides burn fat in the body, these fruits also provide health benefits that can not be underestimated. For example, avocados are effective in preventing heart disease, coconut which reduces the risk of cancer, heart health grapefruit and tomato is a fruit rich in antioxidants to fight free radicals.
